Career and Executive Coaching.

A 90 minute personalized guidance designed to help individuals understand their career options and navigate transitions effectively by identifying personal values, clarifying career paths and aligning professional goals.

Parent & Family Mentoring
Coaching for parents on how to navigate child-rearing challenges by empowering them with strategies to foster positive relationships and a nurturing environment in the family.

Our Workshops and Courses are centered on personal discovery, holistic wellness, and empowerment. Our unique and specialized programs incorporate color psychology, bilateral stimulation, and effective communication, providing highly experiential learning suitable for individuals aged 7 to 70.

Secret Language of Colours

Levels 1 & 2

The power of colors affects us in more ways than we can imagine. The spectrum speaks a subconscious language.

SLOC Level 1: English or Mandarin
Journey through the rainbow and explore the amazing secrets within hues. Discover the personalities and values of seven key colors, and how to use them to achieve a happier and healthier mind and body.
Duration: 2 hours

SLOC Level 2: English
An intermediate level course to delve deeper into the emotional and psychological understanding of colors. This course is highly experiential and will lead individuals to identify the secret subconscious messages expressed through the expression of colors. Incorporating some elements from "A Child's Palette", which is a program for inner child healing, do expect some intense head, heart and gut challenging take-aways. Basic conversational strategies to help individuals articulate feelings are also being introduced - useful for parents and educators.

This level also qualifies individuals to sign up with Behuetiful People as facilitators to conduct designated programs in our curriculum.
Duration: 16 hours (2 days)

SLOC Train the Trainer - Only specially invited SLOC 2 Graduates can apply. This is a train-the-trainer program to conduct designated programs for school children. Sessions will include practical assessments.

Reflection of Hues

Audience : Counsellors, Therapists, Educators, Coaches, HR practitioners & Parents.

Duration : 2.5 hours

Discover the unspoken power that colors have as you learn how to unravel the mystery of each hue. Find out how to read into cues of hidden guilt, angst, or trust issues that are often deeply hidden within unhappy, unfulfilled and unproductive individuals and help them find their true color to achieve self discovery breakthroughs.

Moments of Self Care

Audiences : Adults & Youths (14 and above)

Duration : 2.5 hrs

Discover the experiential side of a mental and emotional spa day and learn various self help tips on how to stay healthy in body, mind and emotions - deal with negative feelings, over-come fears and prevent burnouts.

Be introduced to mindful practices that can help alleviate daily stresses and learn techniques in brain dumping, EFT, bilateral stimulation and sensory colors to manage emotions and psychological wellness.

Parenting Workshops

1) My Child, My Mirror & Me
for parents with kids 6yrs - 12yrs

2) The Black Phase of Teenagehood

for parents with kids 13 and above

Duration : 3 hours

These workshops were designed in 2005 and supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development and conducted as a School Family Education program for parents to better understand personalities through colors and establish the importance of mirroring and role modelling in the development of values and character building. In the color profiling segments, parents will learn the empowered and disempowered states of different color personalities and what their needs and motivations are, and how best to connect and "vibe" with their youngsters.

I am Hueman

Audience : Students 10 - 18 years

Duration : 1.5 hours.

Minimum class size : 40 pax

Adapted from A Child's Palette, a licenced program from Sydney, this 90 minute session helps youngsters discover their personalities through color profiling, improve self esteem and be self aware to improve behavior and performance.

Spectrum of Emotions

Audience : Students 10 - 18 years

Duration : 1.5 hours.

Minimum class size : 40 pax

An experiential workshop to help youngsters recognise and express feelings, develop emotional resilience and manage stress as they are introduced to age appropriate self help tips like creative expression, bilateral stimulation & EFT skills to enhance self awareness, promote behavior and have better emotional regulation.

I am HUE-nique

Audience : P4 - P6 & Lower Secondary.

Duration : 75 mins

A student empowerment series that has demonstrated significant improvements in the behavior & performance for 9 -14 year olds. The sessions cover color personality profiles and expression therapy, mindfulness practices, experiential activities, reflections and brain synchronisation techniques to help youngsters with performance and/or emotional challenges or low self esteem be more self aware, and emotionally resilient.

Optimal class size : 12 - 15

Period : 6 - 8 weeks

(Includes 1 session for teachers/counsellors/parents for reinforced learning support.)
