Our work that speaks for us ..

image006.jpg
On behalf of IMDA and the SG Digital Office, I would like to extend my thanks for your support for the Mindfulness Colouring Workshop at Sheng Hong Active Ageing Hub, which was part of a suite of Community Pop-ups organised during the inaugural Digital for Life Festival 21-29 May 2022.

Over the 9 days, we saw close to 30,000 people attend the Festival. A lot of our visitors were excited about the activities, workshops and webinars that were specially curated.

Thank you for your strong support in making this community pop-up a success. We look forward to your continued partnership as SDO expands its focus from this year to the wider community under Digital for Life."

MORE THAN A COACH - SHE'S A SOUL FRIEND

“The One to One therapy session I had with Veronica was beyond amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by how much colours could reveal about one's life purpose, innate traits and present needs.

What sets this modality apart is that it is non-intrusive and assumptive because Veronica interprets based on the colours picked by the client - and it leaves no room for subjective assessment.

As a mindfulness coach myself, a Dhamma teacher and long term meditator, I was able to determine whether Veronica's insights were congruent with my own introspection, which they were. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her loving presence opened up a safe space for interactive dialogue. She displays good listening capacity and was tactful in relating to my sharing.

As a coach myself with high ethical standards, I would highly recommend Veronica to those looking to someone to journey with. She's more than a coach, but a soul friend."

I WAS A SKEPTIC

"I never knew what Color therapy was.

In all honesty, I had my skepticism. It all changed when I actually experienced the depth and beauty of what colors could reveal of one’s personal life.

I went to Veronica after a melt down at work. It was a true healing process. Through the colors I picked, I was made aware things about myself that I was blind to. I was made aware of the reasons for my internal struggles which had led me to a dark path within. And most importantly, what I needed at that very moment. It gave me clarity, which is much needed for one who seeks healing and comfort.

From the session, I was made aware of my need for self care and the need to let go and trust. Its like my soul was speaking to me through the colors I picked.

Despite being a former skeptic, I will not hesitate to recommend this valuable healing resource for we are meant to be healthy and hearty!

Thank you, Veronica for offering a safe space for me to reflect and to share! Thank you Universe, for giving you the gift that you have in colors!"

THE IMPACT ON SCHOOL CHILDREN

"Thank you so much for the sessions over the past weeks and especially yesterday. And thank you so much for all that you have done for our kids! Very heartening to hear from their form teachers about the improvement in the kids! ❣️"-

Mrs Tan ML
Senior Counsellor, Primary School

"I am very proud of him! He used the butterfly hug to calm himself down when he was overwhelmed earlier. He was also aware of the noise level and told his group to keep the volume down during group discussion."

Special Education Co-ordinator - reporting on a hyperactive student who learned to manage his emotions with EFT

I never would have thought about how colours in our lives and colours we are drawn to could reflect so much of our character and feelings. Made alot of sense. It goes deeper. An A+ to Veronica for organising this workshop.

HAPPY, HEALTHY HUEMANS

Colouring and Reflection Activity Books ($5 each)

This set of 2 books, Golden Moments of Gratitude and Discovering Gratitude in Hues, were produced to launch our community wide outreach to get more people to be aware of the connection between gratitude and happiness. The Happy, Healthy Huemans programme was launched in April 2025 in NTUC Health Care's active aging centres - and they are currently being rolled out to various estates to help support emotional wellness and mental health.

Colouring calms the mind and gratitude warms the heart and choosing happiness is an act of self-love. In these books, you're invited on a journey of colouring and gratitude reflections with simple colouring pages designed to help you focus on the positive moments in life that often go unnoticed. Find your tranquility and joy as you put some time to doing this everyday and make gratitude journaling a habit for a healthier life.

Choose to Donate them, too!

If you have a special affinity with any non-profit organisations (homes for the aged, schools for special needs, or any community groups) that you think may also benefit from these, you may choose to gift these to them, we will be glad to send them on your behalf.
